HARDY
LANCE HARDY is a critically-acclaimed, best-selling author and ghostwriter, who has been shortlisted twice at the British Sports Book Awards. He is also a well-respected and successful television producer and media consultant.
A former Editor at BBC Sport, he held senior positions on Football Focus, Final Score, Match of the Day and Late Kick Off, and produced and directed several sports documentaries. He has worked on numerous major sports events around the world, including six World Cups, four Women's World Cups, four Olympic Games, three Commonwealth Games and the ICC T20 World Cup. He edited The Cricket Show for Sky Sport while living and working in New Zealand.
He is currently based in Yorkshire, but still travels a lot (75 countries and counting), mainly due to his on-going work with various international clients. He has been a contributing writer for kicker Sport-magazin in Germany since 2011.
